Check-in was fast. It was so smooth. My room was very quiet, despite being near a main road. Breakfast had a great variety of options. It was a good way to start my day. Housekeeping kept everything so neat and clean. I really appreciated that.

The hotel is very close to the O2 Arena. This made getting to my event easy. The nearest tube station is a short walk, granting convenient access to travel. There is a bar open late on the premises. It is open until 2am.

The breakfast service included many items. There were hot and cold options available. Coffee was readily available in the breakfast area. This helped with mornings. I noticed a nice pub nearby. It was called The Pilot.

i like the location as it was ideal for the o2. the staff was friendly. my room included a iron, hair dryer, fan and heater as well as air con! breakfast had plenty of choice.
the heater in my room was very noisy. i had to turn it off to sleep. it was difficult.

the hotel is close to the o2 arena (a short walk) so access to events was quite easy. the staff were amazing, they were happy and polite. the room was nice and the bed proved very comfortable.
i did notice that the external areas needed a better clean. the areas looked quite dirty, a bit of a shame.

stained sofapaper plates
the breakfast was not the best. there was not many cereal options. also, the processed cheese slices were not great. we had to put jam on paper plates because there were no pots. the shower was just a dribble of hot water. the sofa cushions also were stained. this was not what i expect.

i finded a good variety of food for breakfast. it included many available tables, and the room presented well. the hotel's location had a good bus route, and taxis are available if needed. i could walk to a cinema complex and food outlets.
the shower water pressure almost didn't exist. i hear noise from roads and people in and out. i said i didn't want the sofa bed out, but they set it up anyway. the kitchen not available for everything but toasties or pizzas are crap to hear after my long trip.
